Allan R. Nelson Engineering acquires the latest in design tools

Allan R. Nelson Engineering today announced that its has upgraded its design and analysis software suite. The addition of Solidworks and Design Space improves productivity and expands the range of services available to clients.

Solidworks has been added to the list of design tools utilized by Allan R. Nelson Engineering (1997) Inc. to offer our clients the latest in 3D modeling capabilities.

Some of the benefits are:

Bullet Control the design process more efficiently
Bullet Reduce design cycles for product development
Bullet 3D modeling of complex geometric components
Bullet Animation capabilities to demonstrate how the various
Spacercomponents interact
Bullet Provide 3D designs that are accurate visual representations
Spacerof the final product
Bullet Efficient 3D modeling for stress analysis using Finite
SpacerElement Analysis (FEA)

Ventilation System 3d Model
3D model of a ventilation system

Design space, an ANSYS product has also been added to our list of design tools. This Finite Element Analysis package provides a full range of computer stress analysis' to accurately predict stress levels of designs.

Some of the benefits are:

Bullet Accurately predict stress levels on complex components
Spacerusing visual representations of the stress levels
Bullet Predict product performance in the early stages of the design
Spacerprocess
Bullet Reduce costs by avoiding unnecessary design
Spacermodifications
Bullet Circumvent traditional prototyping by conceptualizing,
Spacerdesigning and validating designs on the computer
Bullet Foster product development cycles - with lower associated
Spacercosts - achieved by eliminating the need to constantly build,
Spacertest, redesign and rebuild physical prototypes
